A website isn't finished when it goes live. The ones that bring in the most enquiries improve a little every month, based on what customers do and ask. Today you make your first change that way.
1. Pick one change. Choose the first that applies:
- [ ] Your form isn't getting enquiries, even though people visit → simplify it (day 9) and make the "what happens next" line clearer.
- [ ] A question keeps coming up in enquiries → add it to your FAQ (day 22).
- [ ] A search you didn't expect found you (day 28) → add a section or page about it, if it's something you really offer.
- [ ] AI assistants got a detail wrong (day 24) → fix it on your site and in your listings.
- [ ] A service is missing prices → add a price range.
- [ ] Your photos are old, or you've done great recent work → swap in new ones (day 8).
- [ ] Your speed score is under 50 (day 25) → fix the biggest problem.
2. Make it with the change routine (day 11): copy first, ask for one change, check on your computer, upload, check on your phone.
3. Update everything connected to it:
- a new page → add it to the menu and to sitemap.xml
- changed hours or prices → update Google, Bing, Apple and the MyFormConnect Directory the same day
- changed the form → send yourself a test enquiry
4. Write down what you changed and the date. Next month, compare your numbers with this month's. That's how you learn what works for your business.
