Save the file and play. To store scores, create a form and replace YOUR_FORM_UUID.

Do I need a MyFormConnect account to play?

No. Save the HTML and open it. An account is only for storing scores.

Will ChatGPT open with the prompt filled in?

Rarely — the prompt is long. The popup is the real step: paste with Ctrl+V or Cmd+V.
