1. Agreement to Terms

By signing up for or using MyFormConnect ("the Service"), operated by MFC Softwares (OPC) Private Limited ("MFC Softwares", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

3. What the Service Does

MyFormConnect is a form backend and lead management platform. You connect your website forms to our service — using our JavaScript snippet, direct API, or Zapier — and we receive, store, process, and forward those form submissions to you. The platform includes:

  • A lead dashboard to view, search, and manage form submissions
  • Email and notification delivery for new submissions
  • Integrations to route submissions to Slack, Discord, Telegram, Google Sheets, Airtable, Kit, and others
  • Scheduling and availability tools using Google Calendar
  • Donation form processing via Stripe Connect and PayPal
  • AI-powered spam filtering and lead summaries
  • A REST API and webhook support for custom workflows

4. Your Account

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share them.
  • Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised.
  • One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Collect data from people without their knowledge or consent
  • Send spam or unsolicited bulk communications using submission data
  • Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or malware
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or another user's data
  • Use the Service in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation
  • Impersonate another person, entity, or business
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the Service

6. Restricted Businesses and Ethical Use

Our platform is exclusively for ethical and cruelty-free businesses. The following types of businesses and uses are not permitted:

  • Weapons, arms, or military equipment
  • Tobacco and nicotine products
  • Adult or sexually explicit content
  • Gambling, betting, or casinos
  • Illegal drugs, controlled substances, or drug paraphernalia
  • Businesses involving animal testing or cruelty
  • Predatory lending, payday loans, or high-interest credit schemes
  • Multi-level marketing or pyramid schemes
  • Hate groups or content that promotes discrimination or violence
  • Counterfeit or stolen goods

We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend, or terminate any account at our discretion if we determine it falls into a restricted category.

7. Your Data

  • You own the form submission data collected through your account.
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to collect and process the personal data of your website visitors, and that your use of the Service complies with applicable privacy laws.
  • You are responsible for having a privacy policy on your website that discloses your use of third-party form processing services.
  • We process your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and transmit your data solely to provide the Service to you.

8. Third-Party Integrations

The Service allows you to connect third-party tools such as Slack, Google Sheets, Airtable, Kit, Discord, Telegram, and others. When you enable an integration:

  • You authorise us to send form submission data and related information to that third-party service on your behalf.
  • The third-party's own terms of service and privacy policy apply to their handling of that data.
  • We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or privacy practices of third-party services.
  • You can disconnect any integration at any time from your Integrations page.

9. Donation Payments (Stripe Connect & PayPal)

The Service includes optional donation form functionality that allows your website visitors to make payments directly to your connected Stripe or PayPal account. When you use this feature:

  • Donation payments go directly to your connected Stripe or PayPal account — MFC Softwares does not receive or hold those funds.
  • You are responsible for your own tax, compliance, and legal obligations related to accepting donations or payments.
  • Payment processing is subject to Stripe's and PayPal's own terms of service.
  • We charge platform fees for the use of donation form functionality as described in your plan.

10. Subscription and Billing

  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle. A 7-day free trial is available; you will not be charged if you cancel during the trial period.
  • If you cancel after the trial, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time.
  • If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the Service, contact us at [email protected]. We will review and may issue a credit or refund at our discretion.
  • All fees are exclusive of taxes. You are responsible for any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

11. Service Availability

  • We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
  • We may take the service offline briefly for maintenance or updates. We try to schedule maintenance at low-traffic times and notify users in advance where possible.
  • We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions or outages.

12. Intellectual Property

  • The Service, including its code, design, documentation, and brand, is owned by MFC Softwares (OPC) Private Limited.
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicence any part of the Service without our written permission.
  • You retain all rights to your own content and data. The limited licence you grant us (Section 7) ends when you delete your account.

13. Termination

  • You may cancel your account at any time. Your subscription remains active through the end of the current billing period.
  • If you violate the Acceptable Use policy (Section 5) or operate a Restricted Business (Section 6), we may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice.
  • For other violations, we will give reasonable notice where practical before suspending or terminating.
  • Upon termination you may export your data within 30 days. After that, data may be permanently deleted.

14. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, MERCHANTIBILITY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

15. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MFC SOFTWARES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

16. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of India.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via an in-app notice at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
