# MyFormConnect > MyFormConnect is a backend service for handling form submissions. It empowers static websites, AI-generated sites, and any web applications to handle form submissions to email, webhooks, and third party integrations without building a backend including spam detection, lead management, AI Summary and many other premium features. The best way to get started is register on the site, it by default creates a dummy domain and a dummy contact us form for user. It does not have any limitation to what fields you send it, it will start capturing. User can go to the created form and copy the `FORM ACTION URL` ( e.g. `https://myformconnect.io/f/YOUR_FORM_UUID` ) and use that. You can set it as `action` of the form code or use it in the js code for submission url. Mandatory Fields: - Name (e.g. *John Doe*, This will be important to create a Lead in the system) - Email (e.g. John@example.com, This will be essential to create a Lead in the system) Rest of the fields are upto users requirement, use industry standard ways to submit.
