You don't need to run a server or write backend code to collect form submissions. MyFormConnect gives you one endpoint: submit your form there and we handle storage, notifications, and optional integrations.

Use it as your form action with method="POST". Replace YOUR_FORM_ID with your form ID from the MyFormConnect dashboard.
